Hi, I'm Pamela, founder and chief explorer at Vitae Escapes. I love sharing my passion for adventure and helping others experience the beauty of our world, crafting travel experiences that create lasting memories.
Pamela Lewis, President of Vitae Escapes, is a native of Starkville, Mississippi, raised in Panama City, Florida, and settled in Jacksonville, Florida, in 1999. As a busy mom of three and grandmother to ten, Pamela's 30+ years in customer service make providing personalized client experiences second nature.
Pamela entered the travel industry after struggling to find affordable and knowledgeable travel assistance for herself. Her desire to meet new friends and travel after building her home in Jacksonville was hindered by high travel costs and poor customer service from existing agencies.
Taking matters into her own hands, Pamela gained extensive travel knowledge by planning her own itineraries and soon began helping family and friends with their travel plans. Realizing her talent for making travel dreams come true, she became a licensed travel agent and founded Vitae Escapes.

We used Pam Lewis to book the trip of a lifetime. Her attention to detail was amazing, even suggesting we stay at an Airbnb instead of a hotel - what a great idea. The remaining portion of our trip was no less spectacular, from restaurant suggestions to sightseeing excursions. We were so pleased at our experience that she is now booking our trip to Ireland and England.
